How long does shipping take?

We ship directly from our partners who are based overseas, due to this, our delivery estimates lay between the times stated below.

Please allow up to 2-4 days processing time for your order.

How can I track my order?

Unfortunately, we do not offer tracking details on some of our products, however, if you ever have any queries regarding your order status, just send us an email at support@milanofinanza.com and we will be able to contact our delivery partners directly and provide you with an update as soon as we can.

I’ve entered incorrect details in my order, can you change it?

If you’ve accidentally given us incorrect order details, please contact us within 48 hours with your correct order details and we will be able to correct this for you.

Why haven’t I received any order confirmation details?

Throughout the order process, we will send out 2 emails to you, one being confirmation of your order being placed, and the second being a confirmation of your order being shipped.
